Keep the lion's share
Our fee is 7% to 12% of the seat price, depending on your rank. Card processing is paid by the player, never taken from you, and returning players cost you nothing.

What are the fees?
Our platform fee depends on your rank: New DM 7%, Experienced DM 9%, Expert DM 12% of the seat price. Card processing is paid by the player on top, so your seat price is never reduced by it. Players you bring back for another session pay no platform fee at all.
When do I get paid?
After each session, once attendance is marked (or automatically 24 hours after it ends), we send your share to your Stripe account. Stripe then pays out to your bank on your usual Stripe schedule, typically within a few working days.
What happens if a player cancels?
Players can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start. Inside that window the seat is locked in and you are paid for it as normal.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel a session from your dashboard. Every player is refunded in full automatically. Cancellations are tracked, so please keep them for genuine emergencies.
What about no-shows?
If a player does not turn up, mark them as a no-show. The player is not refunded and you are still paid for the seat.
How do ranks work?
You start at the rank our team agrees with you when we review your application. As you run more sessions and earn strong reviews, you can ask to move up. Rank changes are reviewed by our team, and a higher rank means a higher seat price.
